Mr.Badcock

Mr.Badcock is the water board official who tells the residents of Dibley that their home will be turned into a resovoir. Owen Newitt had a particular hatred for this man, doing such things as spitting at him and punching him in the face. He later made the announcement which decided whether Dibley was doomed or not. He misread it and said the plans would proceed instead of saying they will not proceed, this had nothing to do with the protest but it was because of Owen's blue crested one legged chicken.

Her full name is very complicated, using information gathered from the show her full name is Boudacia Geraldine Julie Andrews Dick Van Dyke Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious Chim Chiminey Chim Chiminey Chim Chim Cher-ee Granger.
